All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for cards or packs once they have been purchased. This policy ensures the integrity and collectible value of our hand-crafted, limited-edition products.
Exception: Damage During Shipping
The only exception to our final sale policy is if your order arrives damaged as a direct result of the mail delivery service.
If your package and its contents are visibly and significantly damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps to request a return or resolution:

Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within three (3) days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Please send an email to our contact address (or insert your preferred contact email here).

Provide Photographic Evidence: Your email must include clear, high-quality photographs showing:

The exterior of the shipping package displaying the damage.

The shipping label with the tracking number clearly visible.

The damaged product(s) inside the package.

Review and Resolution: Upon receiving your claim and evidence, we will review the extent of the damage. If the damage is verified as shipping-related, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement of the damaged items or a refund, at our discretion.

Hand-Crafted Nature: As every card is hand-crafted—drawn, printed, laminated, and trimmed by hand—minor variations in appearance are a natural characteristic of the product and do not qualify as a defect or damage.

Unauthorized Returns: Any products returned without prior communication and approval will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
