Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All Bourbon Trading Cards are hand-crafted and require 3–5 business days for printing, laminating, and trimming before they are shipped.

Shipping Carrier

  • We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments.

Delivery Time

  • Once your order ships (after the 3-5 day processing time):

    • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.

    • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your choice and location.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select international locations.

  • The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please contact USPS directly to file a claim if your package is lost or shows as delivered but was not received.
